Spa Happy Hour

Sweet Serenity Signature Massage

Give yourself some love and focus on you! or spoil someone you care about and give a

gift of wellness with our Sweet Serenity 60 Minute Signature Massage.  This massage is a unique blend of Swedish relaxation and deep tissue massage that targets the areas             
where you hold tension and discomfort from head to toe.   Our amazing therapist, will
use all natural lavender infused Arnica oil to soothe your skin, aching muscles, and reduce inflammation while providing a calming aroma.  For the ultimate pampering, *add on a paraffin wax hand and or foot treatment, leaving your skin nourished, smooth and

looking years younger. *Paraffin wax hand/foot treatments are an additional cost.

Free Yoga, Chair Yoga & Stretch Class for ages 65+ or those with limited mobility

Reflections Yoga and Wellness believes in giving back to support our communities. 

We are proud to offer select in person Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Stretch classes free of

charge to those age 65 and above, as well as those with limited mobility. No weekly sign up sheets needed, come as you are after the first registration.  Our experienced and qualified instructors are dedicated to making Yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. Join us for a calming and rejuvenating experience that promotes flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga is for everybody and everyBODY, and we look forward to sharing the practice with you.
