Join us for our 2nd annual Resolve to Evolve-Intention Setting Workshop!! In this 90 minute class Bonnie & Nicole will be your guide’s, sharing a recipe for abundance and joy, along with proven steps to assist you in (re) focusing on your limitless potential, clearing the old-to let in the new, and embodying a mindset of gratitude and prosperity. We will combine beginner friendly breath-work somatic movement and yoga, then balance chakra’s with sound healing and reiki. Ending the workshop by creating an Abundance Intention Jar as a take home keepsake, filled with crystals & elements of your choosing designed to be a reminder of the intentions set. Reiki session appointment cancellations can be submitted online via your confirmation page, the website (www.reflectionsyoganow.com) or via email (reflectionsyoganow@gmail.com).
