Service Description
This unique class is two fold. We will build stability and mobility by releasing tension with deep stretches and movements to help your muscles and joints get more blood flow to them. We will then isolate muscle and muscle groups to enhance strength in joints as well as range of motion, all while decreasing aches and pains. The remaining class will shift to a restorative yoga style class. Promoting recovery to both mind & body with gentle movement & breath.

Reiki session appointment cancellations can be submitted online via your confirmation page, the website (www.reflectionsyoganow.com) or via email (reflectionsyoganow@gmail.com). We do not accept text messages or voicemail messages for cancelations. We understand that it may be necessary to cancel a booked reservation.
