     Yoga Class Descriptions
*Pre-registration is required for all Yoga classes


Yoga means 'union' or 'connection'.  In Sanskrit, the word 'yoga' is used to signify any form of connection.  The experience of connection is a state of yoga, a joyful, fulfilling experience.  Yoga practices include posture (asana), breathing (pranayama), control of subtle forces (mudras and bandhas),

cleansing the body-mind (shat karma), visualizations,

and many forms of meditation. 

Yoga Basics 

This is a perfect class for those new to yoga.  Yoga Basics blends gentle

movement sequences, yoga postures and breath work (pranayama)

designed to unify the mind and body.  Clases will incorporate standing,

balance and seated postures. 

Stretch & Release

Release the tension in your muscles and re-establish connection with the brain, as you actively & passively find range of motion for your body.  Whether you sat all day or were tirelessly on your feet, stretch & release will leave you feeling refreshed week after week.  

Align & Connect

This class walks you through the basics of yoga while you learn to marry your breath with each movement.  We will focus on safe alignment and healthy body awareness.  Body awareness is how connected you are to your own body.  When you're more aware of your body's cues, you can understand what you need from moment to moment.  This class is great for beginner to advanced yogi's.  Join us on the mat to bring awareness back to your body!


Create fluid transitions to deepen your breath, increase flexibility and connect with your blissful inner self. YinYasa is a marriage of strong yang Vinyasa Yoga with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin Yoga.  

Yoga Bliss

Yoga Bliss invites you to find what feels good.  Moving through gentle postures, this class is intended to help you release tension and stress out of your mind and body.  The vinyasa flow will help you focus on your breathing, stilling the mind from other thoughts.  The yoga asana holds will help you stretch out any stiffness.  

Flow 'N 45

This sequence is a full body flow with a full body stretch, condensed to 45 minutes from start to finish.   It's a great yoga practice to release the stresses from your week, decompress and bring balance to mind & body.   It allows you to open up, and invites you to find what feels good.  You'll feel revitalized, ready to start your weekend. 

Morning Power Flow

Start your day with this energizing + invigorating power yoga flow!  This strong, fluid practice will ignite heat as you move with your breath, and strengthen your entire body.  

Warm Power Yoga 

This is an energizing class that will engage your mind, body and spirit!  The class will be heated to allow a deep opening of the body as well as a cleansing sweat!  Upbeat music will accompany this powerful flow that will include strength building, hip openers and core awareness.  Free your body and your mind in this dynamic class!

Yoga Sculpt

A 45 minute full body workout with optional light weights.  Every muscle will be activated through planks, stability/core work, squats and small cardio bursts with of course yoga to connect our movements.

Movement and Breath

 This all levels yoga flow blends movement with pranayama (breath work)

designed to unite mind and body.  Classes will incorporate floor work, standing

and balance postures, and a variety of props.  Modifications are offered for all students. This class is for the seasoned practitioner, someone stepping into the

studio for the first time, and everyone in between. 

 Chair Yoga for EveryBODY

Calm the mind, reduce stress, and practice modified versions of traditional yoga poses in this gentle class performed 80% seated, 20 % standing while using a chair for balance aid.  Chair yoga practice is perfect for yogi's with limited

mobility, or who are recovering from injury,

illness or medical procedures.  

1:1 Private Yoga Instruction 

  Your private instructor will focus on your personal needs and goals.  Each session will include in depth demonstration with modifications and physical adjustments.  You'll be shown how to safely practice the suggested posture or exercise, discuss

their benefits, and have 1:1 support to help you

reach your health and wellness goals.
