-Yoga- 

Yoga means 'union' or 'connection'.  In Sanskrit, the word 'yoga' is used to signify any form of connection.  The experience of connection is a state of yoga, a joyful, fulfilling experience.  Yoga practices include posture (asana), breathing (pranayama), control of subtle forces (mudras and bandhas),

cleansing the body-mind (shat karma), visualizations,

and many forms of meditation. 

Base & Beyond 

T“Base & Beyond” is an all-levels yoga class designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Rooted in strength and stillness, you'll start with foundational poses to ground the body and focus the mind, then progress into deeper postures that enhance flexibility, alignment, and awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or ready to deepen your practice, this class welcomes everyone to explore their own pace and potentia

Chair Yoga

Calm the mind, reduce stress, and practice modified versions of traditional yoga poses in this gentle class performed 80% seated, 20 % standing while using a chair for balance aid.  Chair yoga practice is perfect for yogi's with limited

mobility, or who are recovering from injury,

illness or medical procedures.  

Gentle Yoga

Our Gentle Yoga class is a soothing, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in the most nurturing way possible.  Blending mindful breathe-work, supported postures, and somatic movement — gentle, exploratory motions that awaken body awareness — this class is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, ease stiffness, and cultivate calm from the inside out.

Full Body Yoga

Start your Saturday morning with this fun, energizing + invigorating full body yoga class.  This fluid practice will build heat as you move with your breath using your own body weight to strengthen your entire body.   This class may include a peak posture,  allowing a few minutes to practice and “play”  with the posture introduced.  Appropriate for all levels.

Movement and Breath
 

 This all levels yoga flow blends movement with pranayama (breath work)

designed to unite mind and body.  Classes will incorporate floor work, standing

and balance postures, and a variety of props.  Modifications are offered for all students. This class is for the seasoned practitioner, someone stepping into the

studio for the first time, and everyone in between. 

Restorative Yoga - Steep, Sip & Soften
for Nervous System Reset

Join us Sundays at 9:30 am.  Choose your tea blend from a variety of loose leaf teas at our Tea Table to steep, sip, and soften before our class begins.

This deeply calming class is designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and restore balance to your body.

 

Through gentle, fully supported poses, guided breathing, and mindful relaxation, you’ll be invited into a state of deep rest—allowing your nervous system to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and restore.”

 

Perfect for anyone experiencing stress, fatigue, anxiety, or burnout. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.

 

You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

Strength & Stretch

Strength & Stretch is a balanced, full-body class blending light weights, resistance bands, and mindful yoga-based stretching. This class focuses on building functional strength while maintaining mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. Expect intentional movement, gentle strength work, grounding stretches  and a little fun, designed to leave you feeling strong, open, and restored.

Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced with options offered throughout.

Tai Chi & Yoga 

Yoga + Tai Chi involves a series of both moving and stationary poses, combined with  pranayama (breath work) as you're guided through gentle movement.  Floor work, standing, and balance postures, are integrated in the class.  

Tranquil Tuesday Night ~ Rest & Restore (Restorative Yoga)

This deeply calming class is designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and restore balance to your body.

 

This deeply nourishing restorative yoga class is designed to calm your nervous system and gently release tension from the body and mind. Using supportive props, blankets, and long-held, comfortable poses, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and renewal.

 

Expect soothing breathwork, mindful stillness, and gentle guidance to help you let go of stress, quiet mental chatter, and restore your natural balance.

Perfect for all levels—especially anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of extra care—this class offers a peaceful sanctuary to close your day and reset for the rest of your week.

Yoga Foundations

A great class to begin exploring yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, and breath work (pranayama) designed to unify the mind and body.  Classes will incorporate standing, balance and seated postures.  With plenty of cueing and options given, this class is appropriate for all levels beginners to advanced.

1:1 Private Yoga Instruction 

  Your private instructor will focus on your personal needs and goals.  Each session will include in depth demonstration with modifications and physical adjustments.  You'll be shown how to safely practice the suggested posture or exercise, discuss

their benefits, and have 1:1 support to help you

reach your health and wellness goals.
