Pilates is a series of low-impact exercises designed to strengthen and balance the body, improve posture and increase flexibility. It combines stretching, breathing, and core-strengthening moves to help improve overall physical and mental well-being. Pilates is great for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Pilates Stretch
​
A stretchy pilates flow, focusing on lovely back openings, rotations and core strength too. This is a perfect routine to improve your posture and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Pilates Fusion l
​
Pilates+Yoga Fusion for beginner's - This class will focus on learning the foundational poses, while strengthening the core and lengthening the body. You will build stamina with repetition and consistency, appropriate for those new to Pilates.

Pilates Fusion ll
​
Pilates+Yoga Fusion - A combination class of two transformational methods. The class will focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, building stamina, and strengthening the total body! All fitness levels are welcome.

Barre is a low-impact exercise class that fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It is a full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. Barre classes provide an excellent way to build strength and tone muscles while improving posture and alignment.

Learn the fundamental shapes, movements, and alignment typically found in a barre class. Prepare to sculpt and tone your entire body, power up your core, and build strength, with or without weights.

Barre Burn & Tone strengthens and tones your muscles without increasing bulk, and improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which
helps to quickly burn calories. Be ready to sweat!

Move with ease in this holistic Barre class that activates your upper and lower body along with abs. Light weights are optional for this low impact high-efficiency workout that ends with an extended cool down.
