Pilates  & Barre Class Descriptions

-Pilates & Barre-

Pilates and Barre classes are designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease in your body. These low-impact, supportive classes focus on mindful movement, core stability, and gentle muscle toning in a welcoming environment that is suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike.

Pilates emphasizes controlled movements that strengthen the core, support the spine, and improve flexibility and balance. Through intentional breath and precise movements, Pilates helps develop deep strength while protecting the joints and improving overall body awareness.

Barre blends elements of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates, and strength training to create a fun and effective full-body workout. Using small, controlled movements, Barre helps tone muscles, build endurance, and improve balance while remaining gentle on the joints.

 

 

 

Tone & Support Pilates & Barre AM

Pilates, Barre & Yoga Fusion for beginner's -  This class will focus on learning the foundational poses, while strengthening the core and lengthening the body.  You will build stamina with repetition and consistency, appropriate for those new to Pilates.

 

Tone & Support - Pilates & Barre PM

Pilates,Barre & Yoga Fusion - A combination class of two transformational methods.  The class will focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture, building stamina, and strengthening the total body!  All fitness levels are welcome.

Warm Pilates Stretch

A stretchy pilates flow, focusing on lovely back openings, rotations and core strength too.  This is a perfect routine to improve your posture and flexibility.  All levels welcome.  

 

 

Tune Up - Low Impact Cardio 

Get your heart pumping and your body moving in a fun, approachable way!  Tune-Up combines gentle aerobic movement with optional light weights to boost cardiovascular health, increase stamina, and tone muscles—all without high-impact strain on your joints. Perfect for beginners, or anyone looking for a safe, effective cardio session. Leave feeling energized, strong, and ready to take on your day!
