Barre, Burn & Tone

Barre Burn & Tone strengthens and tones your muscles without increasing bulk, and improves your posture.  It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which

helps to  quickly burn calories. Be ready to sweat!

Gentle Barre Flow

Move with ease in this holistic Barre class that activates your upper and lower body along with abs.  Light weights are optional for this low impact high-efficiency workout that ends with an extended cool down.
