Join our Reflections Yoga & Wellness tribe under the luminous Corn Full Moon for an evening of heart, body, and soul connection.
We’ll open with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, honoring cacao as a sacred heart elixir that invites gratitude, openness, and connection. Through gentle lunar yoga we’ll ground into the earth, open our hearts, and prepare the body to receive. Then, surrender into a healing soundbath infused with Reiki energy, and rhythmic drumming w/Shauna-The Mobile Mystic. Crystal vibrations to align, citrine for abundance and smoky quartz for letting go —a journey of deep release, balance, and restoration carried on the waves of bowls, chimes, and sacred beat.
