Our group classes are designed to support the body, calm the mind, and create a welcoming space for movement and self-care.

We offer both in-person and virtual group classes, making it easy for you to practice in the studio or from the comfort of home. Our classes include Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Low-Impact Cardio, giving you a variety of options to support strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness.

All classes are taught by certified instructors with years of experience who are passionate about helping students feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their practice. Whether you're brand new to movement or returning after some time away, our instructors provide clear guidance, modifications, and encouragement so you can move at your own pace.
