Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a candlelit evening of restorative yoga and sound bath healing to help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath.

In this workshop you will:

• relax and open the body with gently supported yoga poses,

• notice burden, stress and chronic pain subside

•achieve states of deep relaxation and healing on a vibrational level during sound bath immersion
