Service Description
This luxurious restorative ritual is designed to calm the nervous system while deeply nourishing the skin. Includes steam, gentle exfoliation, extended facial massage, hydrating treatment mask, red light therapy, and finishing hydration for a radiant glow. Your experience also includes a soothing paraffin wax hand & foot treatment to soften dry skin, ease tension, and create full-body relaxation from head to toe.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To provide a calm and personalized experience for every guest, we kindly ask that all facial and body treatment appointments be booked in advance. A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in, complete any necessary forms, and fully enjoy your treatment experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time in order to respect the next guest’s appointment. Full service pricing will still apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. This policy helps us honor the time of our practitioners and guests on the waitlist. Waitlist Policy If your desired appointment time is unavailable, we are happy to add you to our waitlist. When an opening becomes available: • Clients will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. • We may reach out via text, phone call, or email. • If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, the appointment may be offered to the next guest on the list. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but we will always do our best to accommodate you. Spa Etiquette To maintain a peaceful and restorative atmosphere: • Please silence mobile devices during your visit. • We encourage soft voices and mindful presence within the spa space. • Children are welcome when receiving services, but we kindly ask that unattended children not accompany appointments. Wellness & Comfort Your comfort and well-being are our priority. Please inform your practitioner of: • Skin sensitivities or allergies • Medical conditions • Pregnancy • Injuries or recent procedures • Use of active skincare products or medications This allows us to safely customize your experience.
