Cancellation Policy

Reflections Yoga and Wellness Online Booking Policy Yoga, Pilates, Barre & Cardio — In-Person & Virtual Classes To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all students, please review and adhere to the following booking policy: 1. Booking & Registration     •    Pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.     •    Classes close for booking one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time.     •    All bookings must be made through our website or the Spaces app. 2. Payment     •    Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.     •    We accept class packages and drop-in payments as available.     •    All sales are final. No monetary refunds will be issued. 3. Cancellation Policy     •    Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the class start time.     •    Cancellations made within the allowed time window will receive:     ◦    A credit back to your package or     ◦    A class credit that may be redeemed for a future class.     •    Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class) or no-shows may incur a $8 late cancellation fee.     •    No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded. 4. Class Credits     •    Credits issued for timely cancellations must be used toward future classes.     •    Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.     •    Class packages and credits are subject to expiration as stated at the time of purchase. 5. Late Arrival     •    Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to settle in.     •    Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once class has started, and the class will be forfeited without refund or credit. 6. Class Minimums & Cancellations by the Studio     •    Reflections Yoga and Wellness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.     •    If a class is canceled by the studio, all registered students will receive a class credit or refund. 7. Virtual Classes     •    Access links for virtual classes will be sent prior to class start time.     •    Links are for registered participants only and may not be shared.     •    Missed virtual classes are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies. 8. Health & Safety     •    By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and assume all risks associated with physical activity.     •    Please notify the instructor of any injuries or conditions prior
